Vacation rentals and home exchanges in italian small touristic villages: Pescasseroli (Abruzzo National Park), Pontremoli (northern Tuscany), Segni (Rome area)

We are a couple in our fifty, open-minded and curious enough about people, different cultures, way of living...

We think that exchanging homes is the best way to travell the world and know people, sharing interests and passions. Our experiences were really nice almost every time.

We think that every Guest of us may enjoy the villages we love: each of them is characteristic and with its particular appeal and transfor their visit to Italy in a real experience of italian way of living.

Our Business

Our business is not... a business! We started exchanging our houses, but due to the fact that we both work and run a family , we have a limited amount of time to dedicate to exchanges: only a part of our vacations and, unluckily they are few!

But our initiative was succesfull: a lot of people proposed us to exchange our apartments, and someone asked us to rent them, too. After some esitation, we decided to accept and, at present, we also rent  our apartments some weeks in the year. It is not a commercial activity but is a way to maintain them and to know people.

In fact, some time we have the pleasure to discover new friends, living abroad, expecially with the one's that come back to visit us a second or a third time: it happens!
